Golf Voyager was born out of the frustration and the difficulty of building Golf packages. What makes us so different is that we combine the power of Booking.com with the Golf Courses best offers to produce the best Golf Packages possible.

Golf Voyager is so different because you are actually talking to the Golf Courses and the hotels themselves. The Golf Courses enter all of their best offers and we build the most appropriate Golf Packages around your chosen Region, City , Town, Golf Course or indeed Hotel at a budget that suits you.

The booking process is very easy. Select or enter the desired location where you want to play golf, enter the dates you want to play and the number of players. Click the Search golf package and the golf voyager platform will build a selection of golf itineraries and return immediate search results in real time pricing based on your search criteria. For more information on the course or hotel, click the name of the golf course / hotel. Click select / edit button and modify any of your courses selected, remove courses or add courses until you have built your perfect trip. You can change your preferred days of play for golf, your preferred times each day if required, alter number of golfers etc.. When you are happy with your itinerary click on the \'Submit Enquiry\' button. The \'Submit Enquiry\' will send an automated enquiry to check the best available tee times. Within one working day you will have your complete itinerary with tee time availability ready to check out. By clicking the checkout button on the itinerary email you will be taken to a booking summary page where you can review your booking information and pay securely online. After you fill out all of the needed information, press the \'Check Out\' button.

Confirmation of booking will result in you receiving an email showing a Reference Number and booking details, which should be kept and presented at the courses at the time of arrival. If you have a hotel booking you will receive a hotel confirmation email from Booking.com which you should present to the hotel at check in.

You may view bookings made in the \'My Account\' area in the \'My Bookings\' page. Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your bookings at info@golfvoyager.com. For fastest service, please include your \'Booking Number\' which you will receive after you checkout.

When you are completing your purchase in the secure checkout page, there will be a link to read the cancellation policy. These policies will vary from course to course, so you must read each one carefully. In general, the standard cancellation period is more than 7 days before play; however, these are just general guidelines and the specific policy of the course will prevail. The Golf Clubs are offering you their payment policy the same as if you booked at the course itself.

Go to the \'My Bookings\' page in the My Account drop down menu. Once you have accessed this page select the booking and cancel.

Therefore, we have no control over personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers and shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers. Weather policies vary by course with most courses offering a full refund if the course is closed due to weather. Contact info@Golfvoyager.com and we\'ll help issue a refund and can even help find a new date to play. Transaction fees are not refundable.

Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, Golfvoyager.com utilizes a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non usable form. Our security certificates are issued one of the Internet\'s leading and most trusted providers of security certificates. (We pass your credit card details securely to the golf courses who will process your payments.)

A Multiround Offer is where courses are working together to offer you a discount for playing more than one round.

The discount occurs because either you are benefiting from a multiround offer or some Golf Clubs are offering discounts because you are staying in a partner hotel or due to some clubs offering Group discounts(or some or all of the above)

Golf Courses

We are a software provider who will provide you and your neighbouring Golf Courses, Hotels and Tourist Boards with Software free of charge that will help you sell to your clients in a much smarter way. In fact we can partner with any website from an Airline to a Golf Equipment Manufacturer to help to drive traffic to your course. You can talk to your clients in six different languages and 5 different currencies, making your work at your course incredibly easy.

A Golf Voyager widget is a tiny piece of code that is inserted into your website that allows you to work seamlessly with the other elements of a golf package in your area including Hotels, other Courses, Car hire companies and Coach Hire companies

Each Golf club has a unique sign in to our Golf Voyager management page. We populate your data initially and then you can control all your information. You decide your \'minimum publish sell rate\' and the \'tour operator\' rate. Our commission is the difference between the two rates. If a booking is processed through your widget we ignore the tour operator rate and we do not take any commission. When entering your rates you can assign the dates, days of the week and times of the day that these rates apply. If you have member times you can easily block these off. This helps to avoid wasted time by the user and golf club getting enquiries when that know they will not have availability. Our system makes it easy to setup your club in 3 minutes and requires 1 minutes per year thereafter to keep rates up to date.

Any bookings made through the widget on your website involves no commission – any bookings made through our website or any of our partners does involve a commission but you decide what that is. We make commission from the hotel via Booking.com and from any other courses in the package.

No costs whatsoever – we make our commission from the hotel booking through our partnership with Booking.com and from any other golf courses that appear in the package. When a search is made on your widget your golf course will be in every package and you pay ‘’ commission.

You can modify your widget to produce exactly the results that you would like by going to your the \'Club Widget\' section of your management page.

It can but you will miss out on commission free bookings by not having the widget on your website.

How does the client confirm the booking?

You decide your commission (please see the What is the amount of commission my Golf Course pays? question below). Golf Voyager will issue you with an invoice for the booking commission it recieved.

You only deal with the enquiry at your club – we take care of the Hotel and other Golf Course bookings.

From your management page you can manage all aspects of how the public can see your golf course on golf voyager. You can also input payment policies, group payment policies and group discounts

The amount of packages that your course appears in is a combination of the commission you pay and the amount of \'Savings\' offered to the customer.

The amount of commission you pay is up to you. In your \'Rates\' section through your management page sign in, the difference between the Nett tour operator price and the Minimum Publish sell price is the amount of the commission.

There are 3 ways that you can offer \'Savings\' to your clients. You can input Multiround Offers, Add Partner Hotels or Offer Group Discounts (Please see below for more details).

You can link up with your neighbouring courses to make a discounted multiplay offer to the customer (Please be aware that it has to be discounted for the offer to be recognised). In your management page add partner golf courses in the \'Partner Golf Club\' section and then within the \'Multiround Offer\' section you can add your offer.

Offering better Tee time rates to partner hotels means that the other golf courses and hotel widgets will be offering your course as a best offer also through their websites. In your management page add partner hotels in the \'Partner Hotels\' section and then within the \'Rates\' section or the \'Multiround Offer\' section you can add your offer. Simply specify a better price for the \'Partner Hotel\' and our system will recognise the better deal and add it to packages.

In the \'Policy\' section on your managemnet page you can offer Group Discounts. At Golf Voyager you can i either offer the \'Player Goes Free\' model or a \'Percentage Discount\' model.

In the \'Extras\' section on your managemnet page you can offer your addons. Golf Voyager charges no commission for the Extras, we see it as a way to enhance our customers experience.

Hotels

We are a software provider who will provide you and your neighbouring Golf Courses and tourist boards with Software free of charge that will help you sell to your clients in a much smarter way. Create better value for your customers by allowing you to offer them your preferred local Golf Courses through a widget on your website

The GolfVoyager widget does not affect your room bookings in anyway. You can create a partnership with any golf club whereby they offer a better price for people to play at their course if they stay at your Hotel. You will then be advertising the Golf Club and you will be offering your customers better value than they can get through the OTA\'s

Tourist Boards / Golf Federations

We are a software provider who will provide you and your neighbouring Golf Courses and tourist boards with Software free of charge that will help you sell to your clients in a much smarter way. Create better value for your customers by allowing you to offer them your preferred local Golf Courses through a widget on your website

The Golf Voyager Widget for your Tourist board / Golf Federation will allow you to sell each of your hotels and Golf Courses easily. You will be able to sell on their terms and we will split our commission with you so that you can promote them even better in the future. We will provide you with a signin to see all of your current bookings and commissions.

Once you have uploaded the widget to your website and informed your golf courses about us your work is almost done. We have live availability from Booking.com and the courses provide their own availability. So it\'s time to relax and watch the money come in.

High Volume Golf Website Operators

We are a software provider who will provide you with Software free of charge that will help you sell Golf Packages to your clients in a much smarter way. All you need to do is put our widget on your website

The Golf Voyager Widget for your website will allow you to sell Great Golf Packages to your Customers. We will split our commission with you, so it\'s time to relax and watch the money come in.
